【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61788coversatestmethodforthedeterminationofcoppertosuper-conductorvolumeratioofCu/Nb-Ticompositesuperconductingwire.ThistestmethodisintendedforusewithCu/Nb-Ticompositesuperconductingwireswithacross-sectionalareaof0,1mmto3mm,adiameteroftheNb-Tifilament(s)of2μmto200μm,andacoppertosuperconductorvolumeratioof0,5ormore.TheCu/Nb-Ticompositetestconductordiscussedinthismethodhasamonolithicstructurewitharoundorrectangularcross-section.Thistestmethodiscarriedoutbydissolvingthecopperwithnitricacid.Deviationsfromthistestmethodthatareallowedforroutinetestsandotherspecificrestrictionsaregiveninthisstandard.Cu/Nb-Ticonductorsbeyondthelimitsinthecross-sectionalarea,thefilamentdiameterandthecoppertosuperconductorvolumeratiocouldbemeasuredwiththispresentmethodwithananticipatedreductioninprecision.Other,morespecialized,specimentestgeometriesmaybemoreappropriateforconductorsbeyondthelimitsandhavebeenomittedfromthispresentstandardforsimplicityandtoretainprecision.Thetestmethodgiveninthisstandardisexpectedtoapplytoothersuperconductingcompositewiresaftersomeappropriatemodifications.
