Scope:This ARD summarizes and documents the presentations and discussions held at the Ice Shape Measurement and Comparison Techniques Workshop, organized by the SAE AC-9C Aircraft Icing Technology Subcommittee. The workshop was held to identify and evaluate methods for measuring ice shapes and for making comparisons of such measurements between two or more ice shape profiles. A brief update of these methods, current at the time of this report, is also included.
